SUNDAYS OFF

Sundays are for both family and rest. Outdoor work can lead to sporadic schedules, but we are committed to keeping Sundays open to give our team time to spend with those who matter most.

How often will I be paid?
  • ​Every two weeks.

Will I have to work holidays?
  • Full time team members are paid for holidays. Paid holidays include New Year Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If holidays fall on a weekend, Friday or Monday are typically given off.
  • Team members are given the option to take off on additional holidays not listed with approval. These days are treated as a regular unpaid day off of work.

Will I have to work weekends?
  • GreenSeasons does not work on Sundays.
  • If you are scheduled to work Saturdays, then yes. Weather can also push a route and cause you to work on Saturdays. 

What is the dress code?
  • Service team members who visit client properties must wear clean khaki pants, a uniform shirt, and steel toe shoes. Hats must include the GreenSeasons logo.

How can I be successful at GreenSeasons?
  • Be safe, hard working, on time, and consistent.

Can I use tobacco products?
  • Tobacco use when visiting a client's property is prohibited.

Does GreenSeasons have a drug and alcohol testing policy?
  • Yes.

Does GreenSeasons do a criminal history background check?
  • Yes.

Will minor offenses make me ineligible to be hired by GreenSeasons?
  • It depend on the offense, how long ago it was, and how you have lived your life since.
